I lived most of my life toeing the line between a life with Christ and a life in the World. I chased all the things the world had to offer, all while keeping the Church in my back pocket. According to many standards, I had a good life, but the emptiness started to creep in.
When I started to strip away the things of the world, I started to feel greater freedom. Freedom to be myself, to pursue the things I was passionate about, to surround myself with people who actually had my best interests in mind.
